man i'm feeling sore today.

was feeling great after the game, so i thought i'd go via the gym and run out my legs, was so revved up after a victory i decided to do 3km's and then did a work out.

It's a good thing i don't have to do much more than sit at work.

I'm in agony this morning too, but I certainly didn't go to the gym on the way home.

I went home and collapsed.

Back line is so much harder than FF.

Yeah... My knees are asking me if i could miss the next 8 weeks. I'm guessing unless Rohde is coach of another side, my AFL career is again in jeopardy... (It's always one thing or another).

I had a ball last night though.

The finger i dislocated in the pre game kick around (which has been prone to popping out since it first happened back in under 11's) , and the one next to it which apparently got jarred at the some time have swelled up nicely and don't have much mobility, but other than that i pulled up well.

For those girls out there that are interested in the idea but won't play without seeing the game, check out this link from the AFL website:

http://afl.com.au/loadv.asp?pg=news&spg=display&videoid=18269&AN=afl&RAN=4

You might need to temporarily allow pop-ups from the AFL site, but its a good overview of the game.

We are still at least 2 girls short, so if you are interested in having a go, or even doing it for a bit of fitness you are sure to have a good time.

The B-Team off to a good start, came back from 3 goals down at half-time to get up by 4 points. Not sure of their name, but the team we played will be very good when they get used to the rules, very clean footskills anvery quick. Glad we played them 1st up.

The Individuals got off to a good start with a 4pt win also against Spurs (2).
Not bad for a first up game.

i think i'll get some grass cats or something, my runners seem to have no grip at all.
