I'm no more excited(negligible) than i was disappointed(negligible) by the comings or goings of a few fringe players. I wish all listed players good luck.........but i've got 20 odd potential topline "Core" young players to concentrate on first.

I think it all depends on the cost of the tin.

Pickett’s tin was in the close to expirations alsle and was priced accordingly.

Marchbanks tin was mistakenly left in the premium section.

Sometimes the only reason you can get your hand on that tin in the first place is because it has a short expiry date or some minor known flaws and is in the bargain bin for a reason. Think of it like a hail damaged 2nd hand car. Maybe you know a guy that can knock the dints out or you aer OK with the dints because they dont matter for what you want the car for. Most likely if the guys mentioned had no flaws at all we would never have had a chance to get them in the 1st place.

Insanely fit, but very raw football wise. What I do like about him, he really cracks in

Agreed. Really stoked for Gibbons and happy to pick up Cottrell, but he doesn't appear to be an immediate first 22 player, and does not fit that need for the live-wire small forward.

We still have one spot left..so may find that small forward then.

Like you said, who? I think Gibbons could play it anyway and we have lots of options. I really don’t see it as an issue

Tackles well, nice on both sides of the body, does hit the scoreboard, solid overhead, just needs to lift his production, hence not a natural reader of the ball
