My guess is Darcy Parish.
Don’t think he’s “inert”.The potential trade options are many, however as usual Austin seems inert.
Outcomes will fluctuate, there’s plenty of volatility as usual.
Have my fingers crossed that wittingly or unwittingly Austin will improve our list. We need plenty of luck.
They missed their 2 main targets.Wonder if Port has any other targets this period?
Just Lukosious and Richards for them would be a bit underwhelming
Also kills off any silly bugger commenting on a Bluemour. That’s my favourite…..That kills the sport of reposting a verified ITK post into bluemours for a massive like uptick
It’s a hotly contested sport at times
Yup Cox would be an amazing addition , just the sort of luck we need.
Agreed, but there is still time for them to try and make something happen. They missed their 2 main targets.
They also don't have much in the way of picks to trade, currently only 36 & 54 this year, and then Futures.
Question for those with a greater all round list knowledge.
With everything going on, is there a good, proven small forward that could shake loose?
I'd assume any contract dump type deal would be free or better. You’d assume they would want a future first tho
Other than possibly Switkowski, not really. Even then he's more a high half forward. The market is bare.Question for those with a greater all round list knowledge.

9, 10 & 16. They can get it done easily, just need to give up the required picks for a big money, 4yr contracted player they want to entice to their club.Bolton yet to nominate because there's uncertainty about Freo ability to get it done
Brennan Cox would be an excellent pick up for the salary dump for not too much trade capital. Dockers coped without him for most of the year. Would suit us to a tee.
Cumming & Perryman were on their list but lucked out.Wonder if Port has any other targets this period?

Out of curiosity and into the vault, who would you take at our picks?
Big statement on those 2 …..

Left field one, ? $3m left and 3 years. Dare I say it, would be a huge dump.My guess is Darcy Parish.
Big contract. Seems to have fallen behind Durham and Caldwell in the pecking order. Bombers likely to take a mid at pick 8 before a bid on Kako.

Will Brodie? Can't see the so called salary dump being Cox or an genuine inside mid
Out of all the players we'd be freeing up cap space by trading Kennedy, why would it be for a worse version of Kennedy? Will Brodie?
Presumably because they donate to our draft pick fund in return for taking him (which it sounds like is the idea regardless of who it is)Out of all the players we'd be freeing up cap space by trading Kennedy, why would it be for a worse version of Kennedy?
If we're trading Bam Bam for cap space it's to acquire a player who brings something different to the table, not more of the same
Yep. They've picked up 5 top 25 selections in the past 4 draft. We've picked one. Most of our recent selections have been around pick 30.If you go through their list they have a lot of draftees, rookies etc. They do it well
Soapys said we'd just be getting the player at a heavy discount, not a Bowes style pick coming with themPresumably because they donate to our draft pick fund in return for taking him (which it sounds like is the idea regardless of who it is)
