Jack Silvagni is not big enough, strong enough or good enough to be a CHB in a top 4 side. Certainly has be concerned if he’s best 22.
Nonsense I say

SOS wasn't big enough strong enough or good enough according to some back in the day either.

But they call him fullback of the century.

St Kilda want Kemp and McRae
Bulldogs want Kennedy.

Surely something could be worked out there where all would be happy? Saints going to have to pony up.

So what?

You see contracted players getting drafted all the time. Otherwise they’d be free agents or delisted.
It impacts his value. Why would we trade Kemp for Pick #30 (a pick that may very well be swallowed up by a Ben Camporeale pick) when he is contracted to our football club for next season and is an important player to our structure. As a contracted player, we need to be compensated at a level we desire to trade him away, and that is far greater than #30, and for my mind at least in the range of #15-20.

I agree with what you are saying. Just didn’t agree that he is a Top 10 pick like some are suggesting.

15-20 seems fair enough in my opinion. (Probably closer to the 20)

Surely Kennedy is only being traded for something of use. If it’s only going to be swallowed up with Campo bids, we’d be better off retaining him.

Gathering he is on 350-450k and doesn’t have a position. I think we will definitely like to see his wages off the books for 2025
