He would be earmarked to replace Jones I reckon. He's almost 31.

But also he could definitely play forward given Casboult has retired and our key forwards seem to often get injured.
He also plays at 92ish kg, which makes him more of a medium/tall utility, rather than an outright FB. Jones destroys him on leap, reach and contested ability.

That's like replacing SOS with Tomlinson.

I don't agree. Half the problem with the a NDA that whilst everything gets brushed under the carpet, you can't defend yourself as you can't talk about it. Tricky position to be in.
It's very clear he was disrespectful to a co-worker, but one can do so out of total ignorance. Mediation and compensation likely settled the dispute, meaning she accepted the apology and his related comments, but still left the workplace and subsequently had to go and find new work as a result of the exchange.

His response felt like he still doesn't acknowledge that he has a responsibility going forward to do better, and to set a better example when appropriate.

It's 80k in 2021 and 85k in 2022.

We aren't paying Kennedy above this lol. Very unlikely.
Senior minimum dictates we are likely paying more.

May I ask why you think and have you read the Do Better report by Collingwood?
No, I have not read the do better report. However my view is that Harry O'Brien played his whole career and never complained. Then after he retired he decided to try and make some easy cash. Some of his allegations were probably true, however he never complained at the time. Which would mean that he was not overly worried about it, one would think.
Eddie McGuire is another story. He shot his mouth off and said the wrong thing a few times. he knew he was treading on thin ice, but I guess he could not really help himself sometimes. The bloke was wonderful for Collingwood and obviously is a very proud and loyal Pies man who served his club very well. Did he deserve what ultimately came his way? Probably most footy followers would say yes. Personally I would say, based on the fact that he was an extraordinarily good president for many year's. He was very harshly done by imo. Yet he holds no anger or resentment that I have seen and he continues to love his club.

Article in the Age right now quoting Buckley’s manager (Craig Kelly) that Buckkey will not be coaching anywhere next year, and must focus on family. I reckon it’s Ross Lyon or bust

Yeah. Cant see it myself. All club can do is sound out potential coaches. Whether they agree to go through the process is another matter. I am also hoping we have not scared away potential assistants. Would really like Leppa at the club playing some role. HOF maybe?

Riccardi as a DFA? Maybe, but we're pretty stocked up in his preferred position unless we move others around the place (JSOS to midfield rotation more, McGovern to defence).

I'd hope we're looking to offer Chol a decent crack at our 22 as a priority, as he'd make a fierce rotation with TDK.

Hopefully Pittonet's contract isn't set in stone either, especially the 2nd year.
Would much rather O'Brien from hawks

Ignoring the Eddie factor, because as I do think he was a great president for a long time but disagree with the ‘holds no anger or resentment’ when a few parties claim he is still trying to influence the board, but I only know what the media says, I’d implore you to read the Do Better report, as I had found it very eye opening. I’d also suggest that Lumumba started his campaign before his career was done. Was very vocal about it when at Melbourne and admitted himself that he went along with a lot of the shit, like being nicknamed Chimp because he was a young man trying to fit in at a predominantly white football club. Once he was closer to an adult/ veteran of the club (and a premiership player) he started being more vocal and his points got dismissed.

it’s quite the saga. I’d love for you to read the report and tell me what you think, because I held similar views to you until the truth got out.

anyway, kind regards. If you read the report would love for you to DM me and talk it out

Its pretty clear if you read behind the lines.
I feel like homer simpson in this clip...
