Any suggestion Parko isn’t a fan is well off the money, he is very complimentary of RTB the player, man & Coach.

I agree.
I don't think Lyon expected it but handled it well enough to not act insulted, but I don't think he intends to be grilled by a coaching panel.
I also do think Williams and the others are sounding out alternatives (as they should) but I don't think many will bite and would say the same as Ross (rely on the work they've already done). In hindsight I think it's to be expected with coaches that have a decade of experience in the top job. I think I would feel the same.

I expect Ross to be announced in about a week.

It isn't about failings or darkness. We learn from these things. Willingness ro learn and also a good self understanding is crucial to a good culture.
