Don`t understand this, just because they were not part of a successful team doesn`t mean they won`t have the ability to coach, as it seems like it would come down to an individuals personality traits and a lot of other intangible things. I don`t think there is a perfect formula for who makes a good coach, and that`s why a lot of star players have not made it as a coach and some battlers have.....I don't want any of our recently retired players as coaches at the club be that Simmo, Kreuze, Betts, or anyone else.
