This current group needs to be split and oldies moved on.

Scotts will say that is "panicking", but we need that panic as what he built isn't good enough and make the hard calls.

It's like a Primary School approach of positive and nurture that makes everyone feel fantastic but not what is required (compared to the best).

We are heading backwards people, brace yourselves that a flag isn't happening soon and we need to do a mini (not full) rebuild (we have plenty of talent waiting) and clear the oldies out and fire again with young guns we've drafted.

I'm happy if we have a year or two out of finals if it means we are headed to a flag - this current group needs to be split now.

What about next week, for chrissakes!!!??? That's all I give a singular toss about right now. At the end of the season is the time to concern ourselves with the future. We need to bounce back right now. We just lost to a very good team in a close one. There's nothing special about any of the teams in the top 8. Some have been luckier on the injury front than others, that's all.

It's a real worry when pathetic, sh1tstain clubs like Dees, Saints & Dogs look to have a brighter period in front of them for next few years than us.
Brad is shelling out the tickets & driving the bus that is heading for the cliff by continually backing the older players.
Under his watch, young blokes very rarely get the opp to play & have a decent crack at it. We have no idea if the Werribee boys are any good?
We might have kept our draft picks over recent years but means heck all if they don't get a run over plodders (Ray, Nahas etc).
