Oh here we go, another genius that has no idea what fox news is and why my name might be fair and balanced. Good for you genius.

The issue is some of these first year players are putting up stats that. JT, WHE, Mayne and co have been pumping out in the last few years but still being gifted games.

Whats not to be excited about with Poulter. You can generally tell if they look up to it in their first hand full of games, he does for sure. Along with McCreery. Doesnt mean the others a write off that havent shown as much

Loving the look of this kid. I’m just so pleased to see some young new talent given a go. I was long bemoaning the fact to a mate that other sides have these young kids come in and look so promising yet we seemed devoid of this talent, to me probably due to lack of exposure, but in the last couple of months there are some fantastic signs from a host of kids.
As Timmy said in another thread I didn’t want to lose the 3 players we did but it’s given opportunity to get games into these boys. It’s awesome to see.
Still a few cloggers that you could think may go but another 2 or 3 young guys might be too much in the one side at this stage.

Maybe too many young ones could be an issue but we need games into Keane and Kelly at least.

Was Quiet today but did some Good Things and Tried Hard.

Kicking was better today and took a Strong Contested Mark in 4th Qtr.

Just seems the Ball does not often to go near him much

Promising

He's still young in the team TD and it's understandable established players have yet to work out his strengths and weaknesses so tend to play through experienced team mates who are more predictable to them.
All part of the learning curve.

He is doing fine.

A couple of people taking pot shots at him in the Gameday Thread was annoying me though.

Never put him in the same group as Madgen.

People who put Poulter and Madgen in the same Group have not got a Clue

Impressed by his improved impact on the game in the second half. Prior to that was pretty poor. Probably needs a rest but on the other hand what the hell... just stick with him

Both he and Bianco were very quiet today, but you're going to get that from developing kids.

Young kids will be inconsistent, the fact that his poor games and his good games are not poles apart bodes well for the future, when he has a down game he is still able to contribute something.

Haha, he’s just had two weeks off!

He’s a developing footy player, he needs to play games of footy.
Yeah. More times the better. Some games not all young players will be involved as much. Next week he could get 20 touches. Just gotta back them in
