I don't get how some people think he has NO Real Weapons/Traits when he seems to Be Clean with the Ball,Reads the Ball well, Takes the Game on and Uses by Hand and Foot Very Well and Tackles Well.

He is a Footballer

Could say the same about Bianco and most Bianco Disposals yesterday where just Short to Medium Kicks

Both seem to have Very Good Poise

Just want not sure what i Means
He seems pretty good overhead too for someone as slight as him

Love this kid, what an absolute goer, he reminds me a bit of a cross between Ed Langdon and Tom Phillips, Poulter is the sort of player that slips right right under the radar in as really good side, not seen as that dangerous but is more damaging than you think, in a year where stagnant and backwards tripe is the order of the day this kid has still managed to find space and rebound run.
Imagine him when the new coach comes in we have a decent set up one day :)

2 very clever footballers.. Poulter and Bianco. Bloody brilliant where we got them in the draft.

I don't know about him being the next big thing but he sure doesn't look out of place, he does however have a head like a kicked in shit tin but hopefully that doesn't hold him back.

His kicking is a worry for me. Can kick it long but is inconsistent and misses a lot of short kicks. And no right foot

hopefully he can get a good kicking coach to tighten up his efficiency

I have not seen him miss many Targets?

Well he Goes Long to the Forward instead of Chipping it around

Lot of Good Left Footers don't have much of a Right Foot

Sounds like you've adopted him as one of your favourites, TD.

Good choice.

I sure have.

I was Intruded with when we Pick Him and when I 1st saw him play for us Live in RD 1 vs Werribee he just seemed to have the IT Factor that stood out to me

Poise in his handling of the footy, but he's also got some fire in him. You can tell that he hates losing any contest, hates it when opposition players try and get stuck into him.

Impressive running, too.

And the hair.

I'm sold.

I've still got a mop, silvering more with each game.

It does not --and has never-- flowed as beautifully as Caleb's. It is more akin to a Steelo pad.

In fairness I do have a wonderful ‘front’ mullet...but alas, the cranium is thinning by the day.

Hopefully we keep picking him, and if we can jag a win he gets looked after with the rising star nom. Perhaps before his family and friends in Adelaide next week!

Why you think he would go home?

Nope, you misinterpreted. We play Adelaide next week, I'm hoping we get a win and he gets a rising star nom, in front of his family and friends in his home state :)

Oh, Got Ya Know.

Hopefully that does Happen next win

Looks pretty good for his age, and has fitted in well (albeit into a poor team). I'm still not sure what he will become. He is still very weak in the contest (and I don't mean soft, I mean weak - as in when there is physical pressure he gets outbodied/muscled) - obvious given his slight frame, but let's see how he strengthens before calling him a star.

Bianco is a better kick than Poulter. Nothing wrong with a short to medium kick if it hits a teammate on the chest.

I just hope our game style doesn't wreck his development. He strikes me as a naturally aggressive player who likes to run and kick. However, i have noticed in the past 2 weeks that he has been very cautious with his ball use, and always stops and goes over his mark. Would love him to aggressively run the wings.

Looks a beauty though.

Hopefully new Coaches can fix that.

I also love him to take the Game on More
