If we don’t trade up and get pick 3
I’d be going in for Barass and we will have a premiership spine that will make you droll from the mouth and pinch yourself to see if you’re dreaming.

Pick 14 or a 29yo with a history of injuries?
draft pick please

Any idea/speculation what the trade for pick 3 could be?

I saw it reported that we knocked back 12 and future first/second. So I’m a bit puzzled about how you could get more picks to add to 12 and 14, assuming that is the basis of a new deal.

Thanks!
Supposedly proposed trade is in our No Discussion thread.
Sounds in our favour, so there might be extras not mentioned (Jack Carroll, anything we get for Owies?).

Maybe a 3-way trade, something like:

WC:
Gain: 12, 72, J Carroll, Baker
Lose: 3, 63, 68

Car:
Gain: 3, 20, 63, 68
Lose: 12, 14, 72, Kennedy, J Carroll

Rich:
Gain: 14, Kennedy
Lose: 20, Baker

We get 3 and retain a second first round pick, and a bit of a points upgrade (prob. enough to cover bids)

We definately do that. Westcoast might do that. No chance Richmond do that.

I wouldn’t post that on other boards.

I don't think we can afford to take another mature player without compromising our desire to get 4 picks at the draft. So rookie makes sense.

With rumors of Phillips and now DGB, it's clear we have one spot there for KPD depth. Who do people prefer?

DGB and Haynes are free hits

Let’s see if one sticks

I’d prefer 2 picks in the top 15 but wouldn’t hate offering one to Handbaggers for SDK? He and Bot down back for the next 5 to 8 years could work a treat!
