I think you are being to dogmatic about Harry. Its too early to be dismissing him as a player.
I'm not

I'm trying to balance the list
Harry might turn out ok

but he doesn't have forever
and after next year he's going to be worth not much
we need midfielders
and if you want to pick up Ben and we have pick 1 for the big L
you'll find it harder and harder

actually I said will be injury prone but you can win if you're determined to win
I don't care!

lol

LOL I dont have to win. I just like pompous windbags like yourself to be accountable for your posts. You want to run away from what you have said in the past, change your name...Whatever!

If we must 'balance the list', I'd be putting the likes of 'not enough love for...', Kerr and De Koning on notice first (unless the latter is being groomed as a ruckman) because at their best, they offer less than Mckay. You never trade from the top down unless you are desperate and you already know the limitations of what you are trading out. I reckon Brissy had Schache sussed and he was sending out mixed messages. I think injury and lack of opportunity suggest that McKay may still have a lot of development left in him and we really don't know what we'd risk giving up.

No way H-Mac is going anywhere. Anyone remember a certain J Kennedy …….

Have a good look at the start of his career to when he took off …….

Very subjective view THS … HMac has played 6 AFL games for 12 goals! That's not a bad return for 6 games of footy. Extrapolating out that's 46 goals a season ……
Saying he is not going to be worth much after next year is so visionary futuristic you should go into predicting the Interest rate Prime markets.
Yes we need midfielders … no argument there.
Lukosious is like a Forward version of Crippa …. he will fit in without restricting anything. He has been constantly playing the midfield to forward line area as both a roaming mid and stay at home forward. His running is elite and can both beat the small lock down defender … which he out marks or completely blown up the KPD because they cant keep up.
Ben will not cost much IF he gets drafted (which he probably will)

Bit of trivia for everyone. What did Harry achieve in his first 8 games that the players below could not?

Ablett
Carey
Dunstall
Modra
Lockett
Brown
the Riewoldts
Tredrea
Fevola
Lloyd
Franklin
Kennedy

I know I've already sung this kid's praises, but Chayce Jones played another cracker today. Can find the ball on the inside or the outside, spreads from the contest, runs both ways, excellent pace and acceleration, plenty of runs down tackles, good in the air and off the deck, terrific disposal and kicks goals. Oozes leadership and class.

He's not the biggest kid at 180cm, but can certainly keep his body over the ball when working inside the contest. One of the things I like most about Jones is his consistency of performance from match to match and his ability to bring his team mates into the game. While Jones doesn't find quite as much of the ball Walsh, his defensive efforts, ability to run both ways and his impact per possession make up for it.

Is he is good as Connor Rozee??? At this stage, based upon his output, work-rate and impact I'd have to yes.....but the Nationals have only just started. Can he make Top 10??? Dunno.....but like Tom Sparrow from SA, Chayce Jones is certainly one to follow through the U18 National Carnival.

Tom Sparrow for me, but think he will now be gone, before our 2nd rounder pick.

15-20 tange looking likely

Sounds Fisher-esque...

Anyone specific in the AFL you'd liken him to?
