Wonder if a straight lifetime ban was deemed unreasonable, but adding a review period was seen as more acceptable - even if in 5 years he's still denied entry

Talls often take longer to develop and only Conway and Dempsey are ahead of him from his draft. He has more ability than constable who was neither quick or had endurance or strong overhead. Didn't deserve to be dropped last year so needs another block of games this year or next to see where he's at
