With Viney and Clarkson locked in, the need for Bell doesn't exist anymore.

You could argue that Clarkson needs a football person above him to keep him in check, but in our current situation, it would be more than adequate to hire some commercial bean counter who we hardly ever hear from. Given our likely requirement to settle on somebody who doesn't check all the boxes, I think this is the best option for us.

Pretty sure Mark Brayshaw is on the couch with a tub of ice cream, some popcorn and a couple of chocolate bars. He’s had some great ideas but hasn’t quite been motivated to actually take on the role.
