Mcreery forces more errors, is better in a contest and has more impact when he gets the footy. I'll be very surprised if he's not straight back in. The fact that they moved Brown into a defensive forward role really early because Saad looked like running amok was significant.

That’s not to say he doesn’t have value, but he wouldn’t be an automatic inclusion for me. I’d prefer to give Brown more games, it would be harsh to drop him after his 4th quarter heroics in a big game last week!

I can admit when i am wrong and ****en oath i was. Collingwood's squad has proven me wrong, there's still little issues like there are with most clubs but heck, very nice.

I'd say the bolded is role dependent. Mihocek for instance is very good in a contest, but has low numbers. McCreery not quite as good, but like Mihocek he wins contests and the contests he wins often result in us scoring. In a defensive forward role last week, Brown was credited with zero tackles, his heroic tackle and smother didn't even credit on the stats sheet - except perhaps in 1%ers. It's a really hard role to statistically quantify.

I like Beau, because every thing he does, I think he does well. Doesn't get involved enough though.

The only 2 players that you could drop from last week were Tyler or WHE.

I’m happy for Chugg, Beau or Reef to come in.

Chugg might be able to provide the contest at the ball that Tyler can’t.

We tend to ‘carry’ one player a week anyway and I’m for that to be a debut player who might surprise us
