People were calling for Aish to be dropped prior to last week. He will be missed no doubt, but is one of our more replaceable players.
I've always seen Aish as an understated achiever.

True, like most of the team his first few games his year were disappointing, particular as he had been pretty consistently effective before that. But he was building in Rd 12 and last week was back to his versatile be-everywhere-needed best.

His positional flexibility and steady decision-making will indeed be missed.

Going to be a damn tough ask for Jye if Sam Taylor gets up from his hamstring. Fingers crossed he misses

Gonna love watching the battle of the two young kids from both sides. Green/Callahan vs Brayshaw/Serong. Relieved that O’Meara is coming back as they have some big bodies in there.

Ruckman, Briggs also a slight worry. He kind of reminds of Sean Darcy. Having two rucks in there we could run him off his legs but a Jackson v Briggs matchup alone might be tough for Luke.

Green and Callahan are bigger bodies so Brodie would have been handy. Green is underrated as a midfielder and I think he will be one of the best in a few years time. He is essentially an upgraded Brodie that can run out a full game. If we are off as a midfield I can see them getting on top easily. Really need Fyfe to lift for this one.

Time in the coaches box apparently.

Looking like one of Sturt/Banfield/Henry/Erasmus misses out altogether and the other is the sub.
Banners will stay in to play the 3rd tall forward role, Sturt likely to miss for Walters, hoping Erasmus comes in for Henry but unlikely given Aish is out.

In JOM, Walters
Out Aish, Sturt
Sub Erasmus
Sturt travels in case Frederick doesn’t get up from his quad issue.
Henry very lucky
