We have too many non AFL quality players getting games when we would be better off blooding the youth getting them used to the speed and standard

It would be nice to replace some of our non-performers but to go down this path, particularly just after Round 4, would put us in rebuild mode. It's too early to do this. We still can ease 1 or 2 of the chronic under-achievers out but, unfortunately, we will have to play a few fringe types until the cavalry arrive.

i doubt VDM will miss a week, he was subbed off due to an injury multiple times and was right the next week. Seems to be one of those guys that can’t play through a knock but is right the next week

Baker is likely suspended and Buku might be more "athletic" but given when he gets the ball he hugs it to his chest he isn't quick with ball nor mind

McNeil or West can try to play the defensive forward role,

VDM can't play again after another first half sub
