You sure you're a Carlton supporter? If so **** off

He's 22, this will be a good lesson for him. Same as Waite come out firing last week after he was disciplined for being stupid.

Sure am and you can add kreuzer to the list of flops to off load while you can find a sucker club to give something decent for him and while I'm at it bootsma can go to the tip

As tempting as that sounds dude, I think I'm gonna just put my old fella on the table and belt it with the heel of Mrs SBYM's shoe for a while. Thanks though.

Good luck to you with your success and riches, I hope they bring you far more happiness than your chosen footy team seems to have delivered....:thumbsu:

Ps. Don't have a boss either...not bad, is it?

Ha ha didn't think so

So what does Carlton get in return?
With a year remaining on his contract:

Late first rounder.

Mitch Brown + 2nd rounder.

I mentioned a direct swap for Gaff on the Eagles board with mixed replies.

If he asks to be traded out of contract it gets less, Freo chasing KP forwards and backs.

I think Carlton will be big players at the trade table this year. Cassbolt and Rowe are getting games ahead of Warnock and Hampson. Yarran may come into calculations as well. Blues chase a quality KP back and another quality KP forward.

Should not have been the sub the previous week.
I saw MM being asked last week before the game on why he is the sub ..MM stated he wanted the right balance ...?????
MM .. balance ? ... Yarran is a runner . Kicks both feet , quick, reads the play well , can play in a variety of positions ..The Bombers were glad he didnt play ...Thanks MM

I don't think Brown would cut it to be honest. Brown hasn't been a regular starter for West Coast for a few years now, and he's two years older. That trade would probably require your first pick, with you possibly giving them something. It'd also come down to whether or not Brown can play forward, which seems doubtful.

I think that's a sideways trade to be honest. Gaff is taggable and rarely gets a lot of contested ball, Yarran is inconsistent and lazy, so both have flaws to their game. If both are desperate to come home, maybe it makes sense, but I don't think it improves either list that much.

Fair point, it seems like Carlton have decided that they can't play 2 ruckmen, let alone 3, especially if Warnock and Hampson have little forward capacities. I think they'll keep one of them for cover. If Carlton offers the right price for either, I suspect Richmond might inquire.
