Not bad, would love to see our own VFL team again, but personally I would rather Polo in over White or Bowden in that side anyway, Polo is really classy and with some games behind him will be a huge asset, White at the moment is a burst player and is probably just at AFL level however will be much better next year, and everyone knows what I think about Bowden, also are you forgetting Polak or just not putting him in due to his future being in doubt?

I wasn't really picking the teams as I'd like to see them, just a rough idea. Polak's there in the backline.

And Patto...he's referring to the old days when every team had a reserves side.

Slightly off topic, but I notice a huge hole in our best defence. Namely that three of the six defenders, King, Polak, Newman can not puch the ball to save themselves (and I like each player individually a lot). Also, McGuanne as our CHB is also a concern.

Basically we need to get better quality defenders if we are going to challenge teams like Geelong. Only Rance and Raines are currently possibilities in those roles, though my Smokey for CHB in three years is Putt.

Perhaps Edwards can be developed into a run off HBF?
