Hopefully one of Mitch Edwards and Archer Reid are at our first, someone like Deven Robertson might be worth a crack with a future second. Lions need future picks for Levi Ashcroft. But agreed, Frampton didn't look confident tonight.

And I don’t reckon Parish is really that player despite our links to him. He’s a pretty similar sort.
 
Cant go into another season with Mitchell, pendles, Lipinski, Adams anywhere near the midfield. With sidey and Howe also nearing retirement we need to flag this season before the dreaded "rebuild" word starts to arise.

We also have the weakest ruck division in the comp. Amazed we are still top of the ladder.

You can thank the previous admin for all our current issues, fly is doing the best he can with what he inherited
 
Wouldn’t mind us taking James Jordon as a free agent.

Has shown he can play as a wing or a defensive minded mid (which we desperately lack). Could be a good replacement for Sidey long term.

Costs us absolutely nothing other than low $ and again is in the perfect age bracket.

He would be a solid pickup. Was quite good last season, before finding himself on the outer this year.

and a Actual Good Ruck - Full Forward - Full Back would also help

A fast mid who wins his own ball is pretty much the most desirable type of player in the league. Hopefully Mcreery gets a full preseason trialled as a mid because I don't like our chances of nabbing a ready made player that fits that description.

Lol wut? The current administration is the one that's brought in Lipinski and Mitchell as one-paced midfielders into the club and got rid of the second best ruck in the competition.

We're only one-paced at the moment because Naicos, JDG as the burst clearance players are out. And for some reason, Fly has kept Crisp as our other main burst player out of the midfield during this time.

Mitchell on the ground getting first hands to feed out JDG and Naicos was highly effective earlier in the season when we were on song.

We have that in Naicos, JDG, Crisp. They've just been injured and/or out of form in the past month as most of our side has been.

Hopefully Allan and Reef as that big bodied extremely fast burst stoppage players can be given opportunities next year and allowed time to settle into their roles at senior level.

Then I’d be moving up a bit with our second to grab Moir - if that guy gets his mojo back we’d have a jet off the wing

Reckon we will. We'll use our 1st and carlton's 2nd at the draft. Depending what happens in the trade/FA

Are the highest priorities by the stretch of the MCG

And that’s only the tip of our problems

My apologies here. The rules sometimes do my head in. Let's just get rid of the whole rookie list/senior list. Everyone is on the list. If we have a rookie list, it should be for genuine rookies. For example, a young player who showed something.

Noble is elevated, as is AJ. Richards would be delisted (unless you can automatically add to the rookie list), then re-rookied, Markov added. As ruthless as this sounds, Richards could go altogether.

What's the issue with Ginnivan? I haven't been his biggest supporter but I felt he played well last night.
