We did. Nearly had him, but Hawks trumped us.If we wanted a Murphy replacement why didn't we have a crack at Josh Battle? Weird
Not really. If we trade our F2 then we have to retain our F1. We can then trade it for points next year if necessary or if it looks like a bid will come later we can trade points in. You’re over thinking it.We're gonna have to be careful about giving out F2's out at this point given Tommy next year. We have to deal with two different senarios this off season.
Shame we missed out - he would have been really good.We did. Nearly had him, but Hawks trumped us.
Perhaps by shipping Oliver off and improving culture the dees are more hopeful of retaining Petracca?
Rioli just won the Richmond BnF. Does that affect his value? At the end of the day that’s fine, but it means they miss on Noble. Let’s not pretend though that them rating Rioli as worthy of 6 (7 post an Ashcroft bid) isn’t going to influence our thinking on Noble’s worth.
I think that’s about what 6 & 12 are worth and realistically it’s what they need given Uwland should be the favourite to go number 1 overall as we speak, but their preparedness to pay way overs for Rioli is going to be what costs them that pay off. Leave it go down to the wire and they’ll do a Weller because they need to get players over the line that want to go there.
Are they?Stats wise - Caleb Serong and Nick Daicos are similar players.
Yep. Sure will. It will get mentioned over and over by the Tiges.Rioli just won the Richmond BnF. Does that affect his value?
I like it. You'd throw in our third round picks.I'd up our asking price for Noble to 20 and 26 if GC wont trade us pick 12 for our future 1st.
Those picks will effectively be two 2nd rounders come draft night.
We paid that for someone like Aish and if Rioli is worth 6 then it's not an unreasonable demand for a contracted regular member of our best 23,
Rigged.Yep. Sure will. It will get mentioned over and over by the Tiges.
Apparently Caleb has him on disposal efficiency ...Are they?
I hope the suns remind them how many games they won every time they doYep. Sure will. It will get mentioned over and over by the Tiges.

It will be a lot harder to trade points in with the new system. Second rounders suddenly become extremely valuable as only they can be used to match first round bids unless you want to burn another first rounder. And there's only 18 of them. Not really. Rioli’s price to GC just gone up winning the B&F? Or more locks in pick 6?
If a bid is coming after our first rounder it’s likely going to be toward the end of first round, it won’t be that difficult to trade in points. It will be a lot harder to trade points in with the new system. It'll be interesting. Particularly next year where there are likely to be heaps of academy players to match - it'll change the whole dynamic of pick values with so many clubs looking to trade down into a tight range of picks that hold enough value. It should become cheaper to trade up in the draft. It will be a lot harder to trade points in with the new system. watch the media copulate when JfN outlasts NickD in Copeland trophy votingRioli just won the Richmond BnF. Does that affect his value?
I like it. Noble and Richards 1+2. Rig the Copleland to maximise trade value.watch the media copulate when JfN outlasts NickD in Copeland trophy voting
I’m thinking more from Tiger’s point of view (aka try to sell for more now). Not GC’s or anyone else (point of view).Woudn't think a B&F for the Tugs would bump anyone's value trade value up this year.
We would only know that on draft night and at that point it would be too late to scramble for points when there's only 18 second round picks that GC will probably have mostly monopolizedIf a bid is coming after our first rounder it’s likely going to be toward the end of first round, it won’t be that difficult to trade in points.
Macrae 3rd, Reef 4th.I like it. Noble and Richards 1+2. Rig the Copleland to maximise trade value.
