I think selecting Ryan is a big mistake

Both for the team and individually

He is not ready. Under Friday night lights against a top 2 team he will be exposed and it could really set him back long term.

Secondly - Brisbane are the best forward line in comp and I can’t see one of their forwards he is a good match for.

Very strange call by the match committee

Thanks. Sounds exciting.

BTW, How is Harrison going? I though he showed a bit at AFL but had since been off the radar?

Harrison is going well. In the VFL, he's started to play more midfield minutes. You can really see his pace. His homework over the pre-season is left foot kicking and finding the ball more.

I have seen him kick a lot of left foot snap goals.

So hearing Hill is out along with De Goey. We may see a lineup of:

IN: Sidey, Ginnivan, Ryan

OUT: De Goey, Moore, Hill

Proposed Line-up

FB: Howe, Frampton, Quaynor
HB: Maynard, Ryan, Markov
C: Hoskin-Elliott, Crisp, Daicos
HF: Pendlebury, Mihocek, Sidebottom
FF: Elliott, McStay, McCreery
R: Cameron, Macrae, Mitchell
INT: Lipinski, Adams, Murphy, Markov
Sub: Ginnivan

If they want more height, could opt Cox.

If the other Daicos is out, I imagine they'll debut Allan.

Think we'll see quite an undermanned lineup for this match.

Noble is right to go

Close to the worst number 1 pick since Wattsy. Although the young lad at GWS might overtake that mantle.

In saying that, watch Rayner play his 2nd good game for the year on Friday night.
Cadman (the young GWS lad) kicked 8.3 in the VFL over the weekend. I know it's VFL but he clearly has something. I've met Cadman and he's a relaxed bloke. More of a surfer vibe than a full forward.

A bit more on the J daicos one, he was getting a rub down through his left calf after match sim (not unusual).

Wade then instructed him to do 2 100m run throughs, wade then gave Josh the thumbs up so one would assume he hit the makers but the niggle was visible when josh was striding out.

Howe - Frampton - Quaynor
Maynard - Murphy - Noble
Sidebottom - Crisp - Daicos
McCreery - Mcstay - Adams
Elliott - Mihocek - Ginnivan
Cameron - Mitchell - Pendlebury
Markov - Ryan - WHE - Lipinski

Still think we have enough talent out there to get a result.

You just said elsewhere you want to win every game for the rest of the year. Now you want to rest blokes. You want your cake, and I guess like most sensible people, you want to eat it too. But you're happy to leave out important ingredients. The cake may fail without them.
Sounds sensible to not play them given they have injury concerns. We can win without them.

Moore is injured so frampton at fb. Considering the 4 outs it’s still a pretty strong side
