If I recall correctly I think our win in the "wet" against Fremantle has been overstated and we actually got further on top as the weather cleared and the ground started to dry out after 1/4 time.

While constant showers shouldn't suit any team from WA obviously I still feel a drier track suits our transition game better than any 4 quarter slog in the wet given that stoppage clearance and contested ball hasn't been our one wood this season.

A bit of dampness under foot and a greasy ball however should be the sweet spot and suit our pressure game more than their desire to possess the ball.

Rosebury/Stevic, so factoring in 66 and 2/3 percent of tonight's officials, the scoreboard currently reads Freo 3 0 18 Pies 0 0 0. This information was obtained from the "Fairness Gods", who advised that last week's true result was Collingwood 10 12 72, Pivotonians 8 12 60
be interesting stat to find out frees for and against from certain umpires. We would be heavily in the red with these 2 campaigners

Hate to say it but the last time I had this sort of uneasy feeling was the night we played the Giants in 2019.

Having said that my gut feeling is usually wrong, so I'll go with Pies by 17 points. AJ to kick 2.1 and continue his great form.

No safety net. Not as nervous about this game as I was with last weeks game, however this will be no easy feat and if we’re not careful freo can totally pinch this. I’m hoping we can come away with with no further injuries and bring last weeks hunger tonight. I hope the loss from last week has stirred them on to go even better now.

Come on boys, get it done!!

I'm more nervous. I much prefer the underdog status and there is no safety net.

I'm actually not nervous at all, I've stopped getting nervous before our games late this year as this team just kept proving my nerves wrong.

In saying that, I was quietly confident we'd win last week...

My first live game for the year after many seasons with nary a missed game. Its going to be nice to get to our home, I've missed the G.

Fingers crossed I can give some thanks to our boys, no injuries or obvious misfortunes, and that I don't notice the umps.

Carna pies!
