Since Grundy was dropped, and Gawn has rucked full time, he has more hit outs, possessions and marks than English with Darcy having more hit outs and less marks and possessions.

imo Gawn is still the best around.

We finished top because our combined effort across the season was strong. If we play with intensity for 3 games, we win Premiership 16.

Beau and Maynard’s tackling is heavier than Bender Goodwin’s HR file. Their spirit animal is the honey badger.

Clayton Oliver’s spirit animal is the dickhead. His clownhead begs to be tackled (surely Jakey Melksham must have been tempted to whack him after he towelled-up May?). Oliver, Petracca, and Viney must be worn like a Viking condom.

Bayley Fritsch, however, is an apex dickhead.

The changes to our team from the KB game are significant.
Offset by N Daicos loss but still have 4 better players in than that encounter.
Out are Ash J, Harrison, McInnes and Frampton.
Structure is better.
All stats I have heard are references to that game which I think will be countered this time around.
Kick straight and we win by 4 goals.

imo Gawn is still the best around.

Not quite true though. Grundy played in R22, but before that his last game was R17. So let's go since R18. Darcy has been injured since then, so it isn't really a question there.

English has 261 hitouts, Gawn has 240.
English has 133 disposals, Gawn also has 133 disposals.
English has 42 marks, Gawn has 34.
English has also kicked 7.0 to Gawn's 3.5.

Weird analysis for tonight's game from Sanderson on sen .. he went through all the ways he thinks Dee's will win tonight, using mostly the KB match as the reference.

Not once did I hear him mention about any of our quality players who were not playing that day, but are tonight. Surely that's worth a mention if you're going to use that game as your reference.
