Checkers needs a spell regardless if he's injured or not. Pretty plain to see that he is knackered right now. Do we bring AJ back in, see if he can deliver something against a Top 8 side? He need to show us that he can do the job against a good side. McStay wouldn't be ready so don't count on him yet. I can see Cox and JDG spending more time in the forward line as well. It will be interesting to see what kind of score we can kick without Checkers there. He hasn't been hitting the scoreboard lately but his work off the ball is what we might miss. We'll see. As others have said Reef might come in but he is not a physical type (like for like).

Reef has earned the opportunity after the weekend.

I'd put my faith in DeGoey at FF with Cox resting there a little.
Jordan is a hard match up for any team in that spot.
Faith in our midfield doing the job with Jordy in the guts for minimal minutes each quarter.

Don't trust Reef just yet.

He's too important in the middle imo
True although we are killing it in the middle.
Since Nick.
Suns are just about the best and we played them.
DeGoey just needs half a game at FF to kick a few.
Fly will be throwing those magnets around during this game.

Don't want to see Reef come in. AJ perhaps more VFL time.

He's a mid now, that is in the past
Well when you feel the need for a few goals. Degoey is the answer.
Name me one single better option at FF.

Please don't say, Reef, McStay or AJ.

If he has any sort of strain, which is a tear, it will be a lot longer than 7-10 days.

We'll get a better idea by how he goes through his rehab, and an update this time next week. But you gotta be careful with anything to do with hammys
