Their run home is brutal:

Sydney
GC
Freo
GWS
Melbourne
Geelong
Collingwood
Richmond
Essendon (only likely win, but play Dons away)
Showdown (generally 50 / 50)

The most likely results between us and North are:

Us going 2-20 and North going 3-19
Us going 3-19 and North going 2-20 or
Us and North finishing tied on either 2-20 or 3-19 and it coming down to %

Keep in mind that when I do this I don't put the winning margins in for each game because it would take forever.

Who are we beating?

Fair enough he has family ties and what not. But WHY get into a sport where the is a big chance you will be living interstate? Its becoming more and more prevalent with players using this card to get drafted where they want.
I agree that it sucks that predominantly Victorian youngster aren't wanting to move interstate but to suggest a young shouldnt play footy because he might have to move interstate is ludicrous

What i see in Auskick, with kids entering the game, is that draft risks are rarely discussed.

Regarding Cheezel.

Pick him up and back the club culture for a one club player.

Otherwise hope he becomes Judd and we get a godfather deal to comeback home. I see a win/win in both scenarios, as long as we get a premiership while he is with us :D

Be interesting come comp time who takes the number 1 spot, Sculley, Lemmey, Wardlaw, Ashcroft or Cheezels

On the 18s watch out for:
Jakob RyanTall blonde half back flanker with a bit of dash
Adam D'Aloia (c)Well rounded midfielder
Mattaes PhillipouTall mid/flank, great overhead
Harry BarnettRuck, watch for him to take players on and get around the ground
Kobe RyanOutside leaning midfielder darting around packs

It was more saying we should be utilising every avenue available to us to bring talent in the door to hasten the rebuild, including using the number 1 PSD pick.

He used Dow, Baker, Zurhaar and a couple others as examples as guys we could try to poach by walking to the PSD.

Fair enough.

Club is too nice to walk someone to the draft though.

If we miss out on Broadbent for our 2nd and are still keen on a ruck, some in the know are rating 202cm West Adelaide’s Harry Barnett quite highly - some rate him the best ruck in this year’s draft pool.
What! Watched him the other day and honestly didn't think much of him...
