Why not use the more talented and more likely to have an afl career ROB to be the backup?

Better ruck than Jenkins, would be serviceable at best I agree but that's all we need from him until we find something better.
Yeah I agree but you need to have 2 back up ruckman on your list, not like they are easily replaced with other players
Yeah I've seen him, his ruck work is alright and his tap work is actually not bad when he gets on top. Never gonna be a world beater no, but he ain't the worst ruckman I've seen
If anyone is going to be delisted besides Wright, surely it will be Lowden. Has shown nothing to suggest he can play and ROB has been much better than could've been hoped.

Hopefully Lowden can have a preseason this year, and show a bit more. His achilles held him back a lot.
If thats the case, hopefully his attitude can improve as well.

He thought he was a walk up start to play in the A's. He sulked most of the seasion and hates living in Adelaide.

Is there much point to doing that though?
I know it'd save us about 60k a year in wages but in the scheme of things these days, Rookie list places are a gold mine for our side I'd hate to waste one on a regular player who isn't going to improve and we miss out on the next Charlie or ROB.

Don't know, just know he is full of himself and his ego is way bigger than his ablity. When he started playing SANFL after his injury, he didn't understand why he wasn't playing AFL and he heard to say "why the F... did you bring me over for if you won't give me a game"
