You cant treat it as a joke. If the side is getting hammered , what does it say on players coming up. Have a look at Brisbane and GC last season in a lower league. They were hammered all the time, No one standing out.SANFL should be purely treated as a training exercise, fine tune tactics and to experiment with players and their roles.
Its a shame for the top up players, but I couldn't care less about the results.
The SANFL clearly don't want us there anyway.
Our youngsters are over rated. Draftees this year don't impress me. Port has some rippersEagles 18.8

I went to the game with the kids so only saw every second kick so can't really provide a great analysis.Eagles 18.8

Eagles by plenty.
Centre bounce running with ROB, Galluci, signorello and Gore at half time. Jarman running in off wing. Full throwing them into it. Experimenting.
Lots of the clubs do this, not just us. Super frustrating, but they all seem to have the attitude that since it's a trial no one will care all that much.Big lack of info emanating from the Crows Media re the SANFL trial, some of us are as interested in that as the AFLW...
I don't know about others but whilst the AFLW has been good my main focus is is still in the AFL and I'd like to know what players are pushing for selection based on SANFL in particular the new guys.Lots of the clubs do this, not just us. I definitely agree.I don't know about others but whilst the AFLW has been good my main focus is is still in the AFL and I'd like to know what players are pushing for selection based on SANFL in particular the new guys.
A GF or a SANFL trial game, I know what I had more interested in.I don't know about others but whilst the AFLW has been good my main focus is is still in the AFL and I'd like to know what players are pushing for selection based on SANFL in particular the new guys.

Maybe we think we need extra run on a hot day.Why would we leave out Knight who needs a run... unless he is playing tomorrow.
It seems the club was searching for something positive in Thommos game "was one of the most vocal players on the park", has anyone ever read a comment like that before?
It's good that he didn't spit the dummy, and is encouraging and teaching the kids.It seems the club was searching for something positive in Thommos game "was one of the most vocal players on the park", has anyone ever read a comment like that before?
