I'm happy to take Ratkins. Take the salary dump. Waste the list spot. I'm happy to do it.

I want something for it.
We went from accepting a minimum of 13, 23, Richards.
To apparently accepting 13, 29, Richards and Atkins.
Ridiculous that it went backwards and people thought it'd still work.

And do it should be rejected.
Even if that trade doesn't go through, that it was mooted is just unacceptable.

They were willing to explore splitting pick 2. But Carlton beat them to the punch with WCE and will now have pick 3.

In other news - Carlton have secured pick 3 from WCE
Problem is next year's draft is highly compromised and shallow. First 7 or 8 picks are Academy and F/S - after that it's a crap shoot.
You'd think he'd know that if you want a 3 way deal someone has to bring some lube.

These crap trades shouldn’t even be entertained. You don’t hear talk of Richmond accepting pick 18 and bob mcspudface for Bolton.
The minimum deal we should be taking out of this Collingwood / suns mess in 36 being added while we keep our 39.
And that’s still a shit sandwich for us.
Our hope would be that we could turn 29,36 and 39 into 2 good draft picks from a team looking for points, but I don’t see a candidate for that trade. Brisbane and gcs the teams with high pick ngas and they’re prob set for points / don’t have the picks that suit a trade up.
We would be going to the draft with 13,29,36 and 39. unsure if we would take 4 draft picks to the draft were we might add 3 f/s nga players after that. 7 incoming draftees ? Do we have that many list spots free?
