Certainly agree although I will say for Cripps this is definitely something that improved over the course of the year. He was quite deadly in front of goal for EP.

I rate bringing Sylvia into our system and backing us/him in to make the changes required to make an impact.....for the right price. To me that price is a second rounder.
Not sold on Betts at 600k To me he is a 300k performer and loses 50k for being a massive douche.
The draft may be the way to go for us no matter how boring it seems right now. It's always tempting to trade because we always want instant improvement. Our coach is the most important recruit for us right now.

Stumped if I know how Sylvia is a better footballer then Eddie Betts.
Sylvia aint a midfielder. He is way too unfit to role through there in a team like ours. Cale Morton was one of Demons fittest players and even he was too unfit to role in our midfield as he openly admitted. Sylvia is one of Dees least fit players.

Sylvia turns 28 this year.
Are we close enough to a flag for him to be worth it, or would he just take playing time off young mids?
He doesn't exactly bring leadership, and he'd probably want at least a 2 year contract on decent coin.
I guess with a new coach we could shoot back up the ladder and if that were the case he'd be a good addition. That's a bit of a long shot, so I think odds are he won't be worth it.

Well we just got rid of Dick and Hams, what other 30>40 goal small forward do we have?
And we do have cap space.
This will depend on our next coach being appointed quickly.
Also if we get Betts this year for free with free agency how may that increase the chance to get Yarran cheap next season?
Yarran and Betts in our side certainly adds a different dynamic. Not sure if it would be better but it would be different.
