So bootsma is tall , good mark , has pace and pretty good kick . But he is skinny and undersized as a KPD . Sounds a bit like birchall if he puts on some Bulk .

yeah my post was deliberately flippant and was responding to comments singling hill out for a poor year.
(that said, hurn actually did average fewer disposals, marks and tackles than in 2012 and struggled with the tag. a couple of other players you mentioned struggled with injuries and the extra attention.)
at the end of the day all of the blokes we've pointed to are crucial to the team's success and i've seen all of them perform better than they put up last year. it's better than a 13th placed list. just need to sort out whatever voodoo struck us down in 2013.

Hard to say, but it would be a committee at the very least.
Not sure how much say Vozzo has in who gets recruited, if any - he specialises in the contractual side of things.
He would presumably be responsible for the negotiation of trade deals, in terms of who we give up. But at the end of the day he is a lawyer.
