Yeah I'm not big on using rookie picks on other clubs failed projects. Rookie picks are there to be used on bold speculative young kids.I agree, I want big modied midfielders from the VFL, SANFL and WAFL. Not delisted players from other clubs

Oh good, I hadn't been listening, was a bit busy at work yesterday. CheersTo be fair, it was Wallace that asked Mahoney on Trade Radio about Gaff and Shuey because they heard rumours. It's possible that the Selwood rumour hadn't reached their ears. Nothing to suggest his name was deliberately left out. In fact you'd think if they had heard anything Wallace/Barrett would have definitely probed the question.
Agree Patron: Yarran plays half a game in a disinterested fashion then limps off injured, I think he is overrated.Screw yarran go for him next year when he is contracted and his value will be less.
Scott Burns on his way to Collingwood.
I like Dunstan, we could only hope he'll slide.A guy on trade radio just gave his phantom draft and had us selecting Sheed with 6, "based on some mail from the West".
He originally wanted to put Lennon at our pick, presumably based on his ratings, but when pushed he went for Sheed.
Interestingly, Dunstan wasn't in his first 18 picks. Maybe he's one who could slide to our second pick?

Wonder if he had a sook for missing out?
They just indirectly acknowledged bigfooty, so it wouldn't surprise me if their source came from this board.
Once they appointed a new inexperienced head coach above him it made his position untenable, time for him to move on.
Good luck to him.
Yeah can see that. Good luck to him.
Like the idea of new blood, but how will Simmo have any idea of our players strengths/weaknesses etc?
Nice work Eagles. Forcing Norf to cough up their first rounder for a father-son pick. The megatroll continues.
Hope we get Voss to replace Burns. He is obviously also weighing up a Melbourne position...or they are weighing him up...

And the year after. The fact we have a coaching staff rebuild does that mean our premiership window is closed next year !
Won't happen, but I think Yarran + their first for 6 and 24 would be about right.Yep he is but he also isn't worth anything near pick 6. He would have to demand a trade to us and Carlton let him go this year for something rather than risk losing him for nothing next year. It's unlikely I know, but would be nice.
