Sheppard I would hope was full time on the wing then switching with Lacras of HFF ! Multi position roles just like Simpson wanted ! Bennell can be switched to forward pocket aswell

Just thought I'd follow this up.

At the end of their fourth season:
Masten
54 games
17.0 possessions/game
17 goals (1 goals every 3.2 games)

Sheppard
45 games
13.2 possessions/game
12 goals (1 goal every 3.7 games)

When you consider that Sheppard's had two extra years of pulling regular sub duty (the rule came in the end of Masten's third season, the end of Sheppard's first), he's not all that far behind.

during that period however Masto had games where he killed it, from memory a 37 possession game, a game where he was clear best on in the derby before getting injured. I have hope for Sheppard but has there ever been a game where he's torn it up?

Think his ceiling now is probably Rosa level at best. That's not bad but it's not as high as had hoped.

Apparently Sheed is now 187cm? The big bodied mid we're after?

If Scharenberg is available at 6 we'd be crazy to over look him - sensational footskils and vision - would be a real weapon.
