yes they should and they already have.

I think it’s mainly Geelong still have gun experienced players around which help make the younger ones look better than the hawk ones. They have expertly handled list management by constantly introducing players and finding really good young players via lower picks and random other sources(Dempsey a rookie, O’Connor from Ireland, Conway a rookie, tom Stewart etc).

Just on Conway he was not a Rookie selection, we got him with pick 24 in the 2021 main draft.

I still can't believe Dempsey was a rookie given how good he is becoming.
It almost feels like highway robbery being able to bring in Bowes, Bruhn, Henry, Clark and Dempsey right after winning a premiership.
