• Essendons perogative to get as much as they can for him
• Deal is NOT done - so doesn't want to comment too much on specifics
• On the greivence tribunal, Connors does believe Ryder is prepared to go the whole way (to the tribunal) if deal is not done.

Thanks for the summary. Sounds like it's moving along slow and steady. Wouldn't be surprised, based on those comments, if it went down to the wire though.
