AhuhThis thread is much more entertaining with the inclusion of the Deer Park nuffies.
Classy EDFL posters must be spewing
Would start in all 3 teams starting 6 defenders mate. Just stating facts and I’m not a deer park follower either.Haha give it rest Turbo. He's not playing at Keilor, Pacco or Strathmore.

So would start ahead of Xavier/Ham and Stredwick/Hoare Pep/Cavanagh, ya dreaming.Would start in all 3 teams starting 6 defenders mate. Just stating facts and I’m not a deer park follower either.
No way Turbo has seen him play this year. Was a very good defender a few seasons ago, but has not had a great season at EK as no.1 Key Back.So would start ahead of Xavier/Ham and Stredwick/Hoare Pep/Cavanagh, ya dreaming.
Both of them will be looking to move out of East Keilor quick smartIs Tim even Quick?
Is Lachy even Smart?
100% Fact. Will not make team of the year and has not a season where he is even close to a large number of key defenders. No way Turbo has seen him play this year. Was a very good defender a few seasons ago, but has not had a great season at EK as no.1 Key Back.
Were did I say he would start ahead of these? I said he would get picked in the back 6 of any side.So would start ahead of Xavier/Ham and Stredwick/Hoare Pep/Cavanagh, ya dreaming.
Averages 9 touches, 3 Marks & 3 spoils per game this year. In a team that has had a lot of ball in their back half. Pretty underwhelming. Were did I say he would start ahead of these? I said he would get picked in the back 6 of any side.
Things not great at EK so probably hasn’t helped him. Who has kicked a bag on him this season though?
Plus defenders are not easy to find buddy..
the following are just ahead of him, fullstop. Apart from maybe the bottom 2 but haven't watched them play enough, he has to string at least half a season together at premier before anyone should be declaring he would start in the top clubs in premier back sixes, this isn't div 1100% Fact. Will not make team of the year and has not a season where he is even close to a large number of key defenders.
The following are just some ahead of him in season 2024
- Brad Xavier
- Liam Cavanagh
- Daniel Thompson
- Brodie Newman
- Lachlan Strewdick
- Daniel Mighell
- Luke Davis
- Will Madden
- Corey Baker
Xavier sleeps with the light on and wears shorts 4 sizes too small. So would start ahead of Xavier/Ham and Stredwick/Hoare Pep/Cavanagh, ya dreaming.
His a gun player so unfair comment mate. One of the best players in this league..Xavier sleeps with the light on and wears shorts 4 sizes too small.
You definitley sleep with the light on LongblowXavier sleeps with the light on and wears shorts 4 sizes too small.
Turbo plsYou have no idea. Quick would be in every premier clubs starting 22. Try finding a decent full back these days. He still can play..
You said he'd start for any team.. He's a key back and that's the 6 key backs for the top 3 teams.. Keep digging upWere did I say he would start ahead of these? I said he would get picked in the back 6 of any side.

I've got to agree with my mature, well-manicured friend here, Xavier is not a bad player but over-rated. Put him in a lower performing team and see how he goes!Xavier sleeps with the light on and wears shorts 4 sizes too small.
Why would he do this?Hearing Nick Ash might roll the dice this week and have Vavra lace up the boots. He would be a bigger inclusion then hard solo on tap at a under 18s function
Why do they need him? Cooper Keogh is betterHearing Nick Ash might roll the dice this week and have Vavra lace up the boots. He would be a bigger inclusion then hard solo on tap at a under 18s function
Your clearly out of touch, hasn't played 1 game all yearHearing Nick Ash might roll the dice this week and have Vavra lace up the boots. He would be a bigger inclusion then hard solo on tap at a under 18s function

Agree they were a good side, but scraped in for 2 of those and were no where near the best side in the WRFL the 2 COVID interrupted years. They didn’t win their last year in WRFL. So if the 7 premiership sides were good enough to be winning Premier flags, does that mean the gap between WFNL and EDFL premier isnt as big as people say? Can’t have it both waysHave to agree with you here longblow. The EDFL pundits have an over inflated opinion of where they're at. Those Deer Park sides that won 7 in a row would be winning premier league flags for sure, no doubt about it. Take Keilor out, and the rest are pedestrian, as has been shown by some of the results recently. A thrown together Deer Park team has more than held heir own this season, so they will win a Premier flag within the next 1 - 2 years.
