It seems pretty absurd that the AFL made a big song and dance about gettin the familes down to Melbourne/where the clubs are...then a sneeze later, potentially 5 weeks without their families again.
Ever heard of a pandemic and with it certain states having massive restrictions , the AFL have done an unbelievable job last year and this year !

Will be a good player, but wtf has Campbell ever done to deserve a finals spot ahead of Wicks as some are suggesting? Got a very good view of the Randwick F50 from our SCG seats, and let me tell you, Wicks works his arse off and plays physical team-first footy. Perfect for finals.

To be fair I think it is just the one person who has suggested Wicks be dropped.

No way wicks will be dropped

I can’t be bothered explaining the role of the small defensive forward for the fiftieth time. To provide the clearest example of the role Wicks was completely alone in front of goals at least three times last game, and on every occasion the ball was kicked to a designated scorer, who was manned up.

I feel like Wicks is the kind of player whose impact we wouldn't appreciate until he's gone. There have been plenty of games this year where his buzzing around has literally shifted the momentum in our favour, much the same way that a great mark from Heeney or a clutch goal from Parker does.

Not to mention if he kicked straighter he'd easily have 20+ goals for the season and be a lock in the team in everyone's eyes.
