Referee apologist Mike Dean even called it harsh. However, a bunch of people who can't see beyond their own parochial viewpoint want to argue all sorts of rubbish to justify it. I don't think I've ever seen a red card be so universally condemned by pundits and fans before.

I don't subscribe to the conspiracy theories about Oliver having an agenda against Arsenal. I just think he's an incompetent referee who has demonstrated time and again he's not up to the level.

Referees should be subject to the same performance scrutiny as players and managers and yet they're the most protected species in football.

How many players do Bournemouth have available? Outside of Huijsen and Outtara and maybe brooks that seems just about their best XI. Only senesi and evanilson seem clear best XI players out.

Yeah, definitely. Bournemouth would have more players available than Tottenham. Just pointing out they are missing some important players currently. But not at the range that Tottenham are, of course.

I hope Ange survives this period and see how he does when he gets players back.
