IMO he has been our best defender this season. And for a weak link 41 appearances in a treble winning season isn't too bad.

disappointing to not go on with it in the 2nd half. gifted them momentum with the pen and never quite took it back, but still did make a couple of nice chances. some players looked a bit slow in their decision making at times as well as being slow to react. Oh well

Element of jeopardy but no quality. Diaz had about 5 chances to win the game and fluffed them all. He is imo not good enough to play for Liverpool in their current state.

Diaz, especially in the second half, fought very well. But he makes Nunez' finishing look like Messi.

Never a red. Wasn't even the worst challenge from a City player in the box in the second half.
