Brisbane have every right to do a Freo/NM and drop all their players this week.
And if the AFL call it tanking, then come back and say they're doing what Carlton did with Henderson, dropping the players who have requested a trade/hinted at leaving.
They could drop Adcock, Martin, Redden with that precedence. Then Rockliff, Merrett, Rich and Hanley have had enough injuries this year that they could be carrying some kind of injury they could package as needing a week off.
There's no reason why they couldn't do this. AFL have set it up this way.

I do agree with you. Its in their best interest to lose. Number 1 draft pick in several drafts will be handy.

Those that are planning to abandon the Lions will be worried if the Lions have 1st draft pick and threaten to re-draft players that walk to the PSD. Its a weapon they need to have.

Well yes. I think thats plainly obvious is it not? But there is little different imo between pick 19 and 20 compared to pick 1 and 2 where you can really dictate the draft order.

If you dont aim for prime seating locations, you should be able to sit together if its at the G. Unlikely if its at the Dome.
