I don't disagree, but spilling the whole board is the nuclear option. I haven't been through the constitution, but I'm sure there is a right to nominate directors at the AGM..There does need to be broader representation, imo. There is nothing farcical about expecting representation from a member(s) who is/are not from a corporate background.
Vince is on SEN now, bloke is an absolute clown. Surely we dont have enough members stupid enough to get this bloke up.

Don't quote me but you only need like 0.2% of the members or something stupid. He probably only has 50 signatures.
100 I believe. He is getting alot of airtime and press, not surpised as we sell papers/clicks when we are a rabble.

I can't find the quote, but I'm certain there's a quote from the Carltonians (coterie group he used to head) effectively disowning and steering clear of him lol.
jeez would love to see that
how can the common people start such chaos. Why is this allowed? They are just time wasters. They have a lot to answer for if they cost of sponsorships, coaches and players.
The media will give him as much airtime as he wants and more. They'll actively promote any angle to destabilise the club further and make it more of a circus, purely to generate stories/content.100 I believe. What a load of rubbish. How is it up there in the ivory tower?
Sounds like a politician blaming the previous government. He's been there 3 full years and was there when Bolton was sacked. If he can't move duds on in that time, particularly when a coaching change occurs, he's also a dud.All were at the club before Lloyd joined.
Stanton moving from a development coach to assistant coach - midfield likely falls on Lloyd.

Clearly your agenda is to get rid of CL and BL.It might surprise you to learn, but, I did read the statement. Did you?
The board changes, while mentioned in the statement, have nothing to do with the review. The review was only focused on the footy department.
My comment wasn't just focused on the head coach, it was on the coaches (plural, meaning assistants as well).
Liddle and Lloyd should not be safe in this. It was clear as day from the outside that things weren't working on field from round 2 this year, if they couldn't see it, or worse did see it and failed to address it during the season, they have failed in their roles.
I agree, but it's gotta be more than 100. We have 80k+ members. To have the view that the ‘common man’ shouldn’t be given these opportunities - that is bullshit.
People from all sections of society offer valuable insights. Being a corporate success is not the be all and end all, as much as they’d like to have us think it is.
Bfevola is kinda right. This isn't the VFL anymore with blokes having a kick around on the weekend after working Monday-Friday.
I know we love our club, but our supporters aren't any smarter than the average footy pundit. And I find it kinda worrying that all it takes is 100 of the beer-swilling pie-eating dudes you see at the footy on a Sunday to create this sort of problem in a multi-million dollar organisation.
The threshold to push for a board spill needs to be brought way, way up.
