For **** sake. Disgraceful umpiring at the end, but pretty shit work from us. We threw it away with some stupid decision making and some really lacklustre work. I'm looking at you Michael "Coke-nose" Johnson.

What a pitty. Sydney new they couldn't outplay us playing an open game of footy and we just didn't have the cool heads in the end to hold on to a slim lead when, if it had been the other way round, Sydney would have milked those last 3 minutes and won it.
Damn, we gave it a good shot ... but should have, could have not good enough in the end.

Not as often as Sydney threw the ball though. F**king disgraceful umpiring today. Sydney better hope if they have to come here in the finals that they bring the same umps with them.
Pretty proud of the way our youngsters fought out the game today. Some of our senior players need to take a long hard look at themselves though.
The sooner the last of our old soft era players are gone and the Harvey era youngsters are our leaders the better off this club will be. Excluding Sandi obviously, and Pav too I guess, though he's been shocking for one reason or another lately.
In the end if Duffield's kick had hit the mark we would have won. That's how finely balanced that game was.

Ibbo played his usual game, cruised around, got a couple of nice touches, but squibbed it in key physical contests.
Hayden was the worst by a huge margin. Sydney won a number of battles because he was 1 metre or two away and just stood watching. He's done.
Amazing - Sydney aren't a fast team but they certainly made us look slow and reactive.
