Looks like at least 3.
  • Why Barlow was left on all fours
  • Dawsons forearm raise gives Milne theatre
  • Kosi's clumsy effort on Pearce

Dawson too copped two hits behind play that left him hunched over in the last 2min of the first quarter. Just before his turn over.

after the Kosi punch in the gut:

Milne about 15 seconds later:

Personally, for me, the scariest moment of the evening was this one, though:

I remember that moment. I also winced.

I didn't just wince, I just about had a coronary. The camera moved on and followed the ball toward our 50 but I didn't give a rats at that point. I was pleading for them to switch back and focus on Barlow.

I didn't notice that Barlow incident but looking at that photo makes me very grateful nothing bad occurred. It looks almost identical to the orginal break. Anyone see Gary Rohans break in the North game? Sickening.

Seen quite a few of the breaks live or on TV. Nathan brown, Barlow, Rohan all terrible. Nothing compares with Jaymie Graham's break in the WAFL. Literally made me call out at the TV. Paced around the house for 5 mins trying to
get the image out of my brain.

Meanwhile back to the game.
The most impressive thing I thought was that we finally played as a team with all the players doing their part to assist in a good team win. Much more enjoyable than watching 18 individuals doing their separate thing.

I think that this is what Ross and his assistants are drumming into our side.

Rohan's was just awful. Looked like his lower leg got caught underneath the North player's body and ended up at a 90 degree angle. It'll be a long road back for him.

Horrible weekend for injuries.

Yeah, no doubt. We're looking systematically better (if that makes sense). We look more organised and aren't getting caught out - stoppages on Friday were a worry, but in every other department, especially defensively, the team is looking more and more coordinated. I didn't think we had the clinical organisation to beat a fired up Saints team the other night, so glad I was wrong.

Makes tipping this Friday that much harder - another very good team in Carlton that will be hungry and very switched on versus us who, though still a bit away from our potential best, are playing with confidence and top class effort.

Looks like only Kosi got done.
Dawson in clear.

Justin Koschitzke, St Kilda, has been charged with a Level two striking offence against Zac Dawson, Fremantle, during the first quarter of the round Four match between St Kilda and Fremantle, played at Etihad Stadium on Friday April 20, 2012.

In summary, due to his previous poor record, his one-match sanction must remain at one game, even with an early plea

They pinged L.Thomas for 2 for the Rohan leg break
