Yeah, this is another thing about Burton. Walker absolutely cops it for his defensive pressure, but Burton is waaaaay behind him in this department. He's absolutely glacial, and his agility is shot to bits. As you said, the opposition knows that they can just back themselves in around him.

Combination of things, at the top of the list a lack of pre-season due to injuries, and key injuries during the season aswell.

Inability to be flexible with our game plan, which only works with a full team, plays a part.

Not even following the game live now, just saw the delayed 1st half on TV. Its confirmed- we are that bad, very poor skills, slow to release the ball, poor decisions everywhere. Only Johncock, Edwards, Maric and Macca have a clue. Bock, Vince, Goody can't be fit. Win or lose I'm depressed with our game style- what the hell has happened?
