Isn't that exactly where he's been lining for like the last dozen or so games

With Taylor & Henderson in the team he won't be starting in defence - he'll likely start on the wing on then shift into the ruck when Stanley goes forward

Its going to be interesting how we match up back 6 isnt, the tigers have real pace at ground level, which is our Achilles heel, down back, with effectively 3 talls in kolo, Hendo and Harry, where none are big enough for Lynch, think back to last year's prelim, and all too slow to play on anyone other then Lynch and Riewoldt.

Does blix just tag dusty all over the ground, has the endurance in the middle and won't get outmarked when dusty goes fwd.
That's my biggest worry dusty and Lynch and their crumbers, and moving the ball fast enough for us to score. Hoping I'm proved wrong

Danger saying we didn’t have the best training session last night probably due to nerves has me fairly concerned.
We need to relax a bit, I feel we are putting a lot of pressure on ourselves as it’s been our undoing in many finals. Scotty has a perfectly fine game plan and the players just need to execute, our players need to relax more.

Sure we overcame Brisbane and Collingwood but I still noticed nerves got in the way of putting Brisbane away early. These sides were never in it and didn’t pressure us much.
Richmond will bring heat, if you’re not handling it in training than what are we gonna do match day?

Just a thumbs up to Gary Rohan while I think of it,I don't know how many noticed it but the Lions came out after half time Saturday and went for Rohan physically and having a bit to say at the same time a tactic that has been used to take him out of the game in the past by others and it appeared the Cats and Rohan have worked on that area and not only didn't he fold but played with more resolve and aggression than the first half.Wonderful to see.

Here, here!

Gamesmanship
I was there, they were sharp and switched on.
Worked a lot at moving fast off half back

Thankyou, I hope you’re right. It’s a relief to here you say that because I believe nerves is the #1 thing holding us back in finals.

We blew it v port because of them also. I believe we are the best team in the comp but don’t execute enough in the big games.
Sometimes nerves are good but in our case they aren’t so good.
Belief is key. They ain’t gonna die if things don’t pay off, get stuck into them.

Anyone else think the Hawkins story could be a mind game tactic and they are just giving him a rest? How exactly would one contract Covid when they are in a bubble.
His whole family has the sore throat + sniffles. He caught it from his daughters 😫

They were hard at it and in during the drills then laughing and talking to fans etc in between.
Really big focus on playing on quickly every time and moving the ball fast while under pressure.

Im not joking here. I actually can't recall ever seeing that show when he hasn't been drinking.
And I don't care what people do. Good for him. But I just don't need to turn on a TV show and watch some half pissed campaigner dribble on.
When your not drunk yourself, drunk people are really annoying.
Have to agree. I really like Robbo, but he is always slurring with bloodshot eyes. If hes not drunk, he needs a CATSCAN asap

Good luck to Clark

Big question is will Charlie Cameron's motorbike have been repaired in time after it broke down last week?

I doubt we’d be welcome on their Board 🙄
Over on Richmond's board there are fans mentioning winning by large margins, some saying 50+ points. I hope the Richmond players think the same way. On the other hand, I saw an interview with Tom Lynch and was impressed with his humility and measured responses. I think it's going to be a close game.
