I just threw up a little bit in my mouth is all. Fixed the link in the original, but here it is again. For anyone visually impaired it's footage of some Tigers people kissing the patch of MCG grass on the GABBA:

Mate now you've made me commit in my mouth. Leaving it on twitter and never mentioning it would have been the best course of action

I heard Luke Ryan interviewed a short time ago - last night he won Fremantles best and fairest award - he has had a fantastic year at FB -hes quick - good o/head and a lovely kick

So obviously the interview was all about Freo - excited with their prospects - Caleb Serong - JL is a top coach etc etc

However the last question they put to him - was who wins Saturdays GF

And he said Richmond - and they said why - and he said because they are so difficult to play against

They then said to him - well can you elaborate on that - why are Rich so difficult to play against ?

And he said - well as a defender ( at FB ) - quote " It feels like they have 25 players running forward "

That is a very interesting observation by someone who has actually played against them in a key position defensive role

Well that's it then.

Listening to CS is interesting.
He keeps saying things that suggest this challenge is monumental, and that despite all the best plans, it comes down to being able to implement them against this team..
I think we have all thought and known that Richmond is the team to beat.
All we need to know now is, are we the team that can pinch one?
Can we settle and start on the front foot from the first bounce?

Thats the most important bit - early goals to either side are crucial

I know you dont rate Caddy - but he is probably Richmonds best set shot for goal - extremely accurate - so i am glad he is not in their side - because anyone who can bob up and kick 2-3 goals in these shortened qtr games is worth their weight in gold

Very nice. Wow. There's some real quality there. I take it you must be a muso?
I just muck around and play sludge lol, (when I was allowed to go to a drummers house) but would love a nice strat.
But not good enough to justify it lol.
Have also heard a guys slide guitar with Lollars in it and it sounded amazing.
Haha, it's never enough.

man not a Muso. Just an expensive habit

Were we? As I recall we were favourites and every source of historical odds I can find confirms that, with Geelong around 1.80 and Collingwood $2.00.

Idont think Geelong opened favourite at the start of GF week

However i can remember that Glen Munsie ( betting agent - but with an NRL background ) saying on Sky Racing Channel saying all the money is for Geel - they beat them by 96 a few weeks ago - thats good form etc - and the money has come for them in a big way
