Imagine being on the negative side after facing Collingwood in Grand Finals, played on your own park. 
It would be tough for you guys to eat while you are busy choking all the time.

Their draft night is gonna be so sad. That’s what happens when you choke prelims. 1 decent kid a year (if they are lucky) won’t be able to counter the mass exodus of old players about to retire.

When you choke Prelims you don't get good draft picks. When you don't get good draft picks you choke Prelims. It's just a vicious cycle Cleany, they can't get out of it.

Richmond and Geelong have met in 12 league finals all-up, with the Tigers winning ten and losing two.
Richmond and Geelong have met in 3 league Grand Finals, with the Tigers winning two (1967 & 2020) and losing one (1931).
4 afl premierships compared to 3.
26/34 finals appearances compared to 10/34 finals appearances.
Another lovely wooden spoon to add to it.. Overall a failure of an AFL club outside of a small glitch of success.

You don't seem too superior when we play you in finals.
We have been superior at the bare minimum 24 more years of the last 34 years over richmond.
All of those years richmond being laughed at and choking across home and away games, not even able to handle home and away heat and a side overall not capable of september heat

Yep the team that has the best Grand Finals won to finals played ratio bar none in the last 80 years can't handle "September heat."
But, but, but, at least you make it.
I'd imagine it would depend on the player but Brayshaw is heading to OOC status and Cats would most likely have two firsts ready to go so i'd suggest 2025 and 2026 First Round Picks.
Unless you don't feel like Geelong will be falling off a cliff? Which would contradict every post you've made in the last 12 months?

So you are going to use pretty much all your picks for the next 2-3 years to get 1 player. Nice I really hope you do that trade.
Making finals is a predecessor to winning finals. Perhaps if you weren’t so bad at making them you’ve had more to show for it then.
Geelong has won 0.47 finals for every year that has elapsed since they entered the competition.

Richmond has won 0.48 finals per year for every year that has elapsed since they entered the competition.
Geelong has won the Premiership in 7.8% of the seasons that have elapsed since they entered the competition.

Geelong has outscored Richmond in a finals series in 0.8% of the seasons that have elapsed since they entered the competition, less than 1%.

So "missing finals" doesn't seem to be hindering Richmond's ability to win finals, flags and outscore the other team in finals series at a greater rate than Geelong is managing. And Geechoke "making it" isn't seeming to be helping their progress in these areas.
So I doubt it is too important.

Sure. You’re predictions, data analysis, and use of things that actually HAVE happened, let alone things that WILL happen, have been so accurate to date.
Two firsts for Andrew Brayshaw is not
“Pretty much all of your picks for the next 2-3 years”
Can you not count? Cats usually do fantastic with picks outside the first round so no issue there.
It’s fair value for a genuine young star of the game.
It’s not like we’d be trading out first round picks for Hopper and Taranto as the club is spiralling into a wooden spoon, that would be pure mismanagement.
