I copped hair pulling, racial abuse, threats, shirtfronts, pointy elbows in the middle of the back when the ball was nowhere near us etc. Never retaliated. Geez I was soft!

Yepppp, I'd much rather our in the shadows president than someone like Kennett.
There's nowhere for him to go for what he said as his statement effectively surmises ; They're not Anglo, therefore they don't know the game and shouldn't be involved. (No proof required)

The risk with being Mr Dial-a-quote for the media on every hot topic is eventually you will say something that completely misses the mark.

I'd love to be able to defend him against PC, but his comments are so stupid, it's actually embarrassing hearing him say them.
They're cringeworthy, clearly ill-informed.............look, they're simply stupid.
How the spotlight hasn't been turned up on him, is somewhat odd.
Has the media missed his 'sentiments' or are we actually ignoring them? There should be more noise.

Yes it is... they need to know the rules and when the crowd is within its rights to shout ballllll without carting hundreds away to the salt mines..........
Maybe not understand the game, but understand the pure elation or desolation this game does to people would be a good start.

The obvious discriminations are clearly out of bounds, everything else is fair game.
