Its actually amazing how every result other than our own keeps going against us.

Needed Sydney to win that. Needed Geelong to win last night. Watch Melbourne win now.

All we can do is keep winning - if the results don’t fall our way it’s not meant to be. If it’s any consolation it’s been lovely to watch Essendon, Geelong and Sydney all get rolled in the same weekend we ended Collingwood’s season…

Forget Brisbane and Dogs spots. Both will be playing finals, and Lions are a bloody good chance for the flag.

Yes. some of the likely losses that would have helped us just haven't happened. .
I'm calling it now - definite conspiracy by the Swans and Geelong to keep us out of the 8.
I feel the fear.
They remember.
They have noticed.
Fremantle win by 70 points and we jumped into 10th
Shame on you. You've put the mozz on them posting that. Melbourne just made up 10 points. Delete that post.

Melbourne looks cooked. Looking at the ladder predictor, if Melbourne and Essendon lose next week (good chance this will happen) and we beat the Crows we will be in the top 8. After that we will need to beat one of Carlton or GWS and even then it looks like it might come down to the results of last game. For example, we may need the Richmind to beat the Suns because they look like they are a sneaky chance (much like us) to get there.

Looking at the ladder predictions, still a good chance we make finals when losing 2 more games.
Provided one of the 3 wins is Giants, yes.

The three spots up for grabs are those held at the moment by Essendon, Port and Giants. They all have tricky runs home. The Lions, Geelong and Freo will make it.

If we only drop one game, we 100% play finals.

I hope you're right but my play with the ladder predictor suggests that even if we only lose one game we are still borderline because there are so many teams in the hunt for a finals birth.

Dons won't lose to the Saints.
