Here's hoping it's the truth.
Also means we drop a few extra games next season. Worthwhile if it means we find 4 or 5 long term players oppsed to topping up for another quit exit come finals.

im pretty sure they can trade once the bid arrives - they dont have to do it before hand I dont think... but id imagine they'd want to have a plan in place.. thus all the speculation to this point

Nah the 'Swans rule' prevents clubs doing that (so they don't just wait for the bid and trade a bunch of nothing picks from some other club while they're waiting). Have to be organized beforehand now, to prevent rorting like the Swans did a few years back (so will be after Pick 1 and before Pick 2).
